Phoenix Wilder

And The Great Elephant Adventure

100 Minutes
A young boy gets lost in the African bush and befriends an elephant. The unlikely friends team up to take down a band of poachers.

When Phoenix Wilder, a 13-year-old orphaned American boy, receives word that he is to live with his only surviving relative, his Aunt Sarah who lives in Africa with her husband, “Uncle Jack,” Phoenix quickly falls in love with his new surroundings. However, while out on safari with his uncle, Phoenix becomes lost from the rest of the party and must quickly learn to survive in the African bush. As the search for Phoenix continues, the boy becomes fast friends with a giant bull elephant he was able to free from a trap. Phoenix names the elephant Indlovu, and as they begin to bond, Phoenix decides to try to stop the band of poachers who prey on African elephants.
